Bruce’s commitment to his craft is extraordinary. While the standard path to becoming an RDH involves two to four years of study, Bruce dedicated six years to specialized dental hygiene education—a tenure that exceeds the training of many practicing dentists.
His impressive credentials include:
- Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene – Pennsylvania College of Technology
- Master of Science in Dental Hygiene – Old Dominion University
- Doctorate in Health Sciences (PhD) – Old Dominion University
A Passion for Patient Care & Mentorship
Originally from Alaska, Bruce earned his hygiene degree in Hagerstown, Maryland, before settling in Northern Virginia eight years ago. Beyond the clinic, he has spent years shaping the future of the industry as an instructor in the Dental Hygiene Program at Northern Virginia Community College, where he mentored the next generation of dental professionals.
At Great Falls Dentistry, Bruce is known for more than just his resume. He is deeply passionate about building genuine relationships and ensuring every patient—regardless of their background—feels comfortable, confident, and cared for.
